Dan talks with three public health law experts from Ohio State University's Moritz College of Law: Patricia Zettler, Efthimios Parasidis, and Micah Berman. Topics include how to understand safety concerns and the FDA's Emergency Use Authorization process; building trust among Americans considering getting vaccinated; plans for a just distribution of approved vaccines; and how to understand the role of market competition and international cooperation.

On the show, we discussed the the National Academy of Medicine’s "Framework for Equitable Allocation of Vaccine for the Novel Coronavirus" as well as the the Ohio Vaccination plan.
